Accessible Gates:

Gate 1, Gate 2, and Silver Deck Bridge entrances are ADA Accessible.

ADA parking is for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis. All parking decks and lots have ADA spaces.

Accessible Parking Shuttle: The following parking lots offer a complimentary ADA shuttle for most major events:

  • Yellow Lot


The shuttle picks up at the lot entrance and drops off at the Vine City- MARTA station, closest to Gate 1.  Hours of operation may vary by event.

Assistive Listening Devices:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has been equipped with an assistive listening system. The service provides real-time captions and assistive listening for all public-address announcements. The handheld device is available for check out at Guest Service Centers located at Section 116 and Section 244.

Closed Captioning is available on our LED boards located on both East & West ends of the stadium.

Tickets:

Events held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium offer ADA accessible seating as well as companion seating. People with mobility impairment who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not permitted to purchase accessible seats.  Accessible seating (ADA) can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com. Wheelchair & Companion Seating:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. Please note that event day relocations are EXTREMELY LIMITED and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with your section seating host for availability of seats.

Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions or other seating equipment are not permitted inside of the stadium.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below: Inside of Stadium:

All guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID for each purchase.

No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired.

There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit, per transaction.

Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will generally terminate at the end of the third quarter (football games) or the 75th minute (soccer games).

Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.

Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.

Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

Glass beverage containers may not be removed from Club/Suite areas.

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the guests being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked.

All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting stadium property.
Inside of Stadium:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium welcomes certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III Law. If you need assistance in advance of an event, please call (470) 341-5000 and choose Option #3 to speak with our Guest Services team.

Please note, comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. A doctor's letter does not turn an animal into a service animal and unfortunately animals identified under these categories will be denied access to the stadium.

Outside of Stadium:

Event Day: For most events, animals are not permitted in exterior event related spaces such as tailgate areas, The Home Depot Backyard, and Fan Fest areas. Exceptions to this policy may vary based on event type. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III law are permitted.

Non-Event Day: Dogs are permitted in areas such as The Home Depot Backyard if on leash.  All waste must be picked up and discarded in appropriate container.
Unauthorized transmission of accounts or descriptions of the game, including play-by-play data, is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to ejection from the stadium. (NFL policy – may vary by event)

If your vehicle becomes disabled while parked in a nearby parking lot, Mercedes-Benz Stadium security will assist you in contacting help. Please call 24/7 security at 470-341-5010 and give your name, location, and make of your vehicle so that the proper help can be dispatched. Mercedes-Benz Stadium is not responsible for any fees or charges that may occur in assisting you with your vehicle.

Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
 For quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:

Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.

Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.

Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted.

Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the stadium’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry.  Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the stadium, however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.

Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.

Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.

Guests with non-complying bags can rent a Binbox locker for a fee at one of the conveniently located locker locations outside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

To be permitted inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, banners, handheld signs and flags must meet the below criteria:

• Signs cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature.

• Signs may not be affixed or hung anywhere within Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

• Signs may not be displayed in a manner that obstructs the views of other fans nor stadium scoreboards/advertising signage.

• The signs must be made of a paper or lightweight cloth-like material.

  • Signs cannot utilize wood, metal, plastic or similar types of materials for support.

    • Maximum dimensions of a sign are 3' x 5'.

    • For Atlanta United matches, any flags must be approved through supporter group leaders.

    • Signage cannot be battery operated or contain lights.


Provided banners, flags and signs are event related, in good taste as determined by stadium security and meet the above guidelines, guests will be permitted to bring them into the stadium.

Signage not permitted within the stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the guest wishes to return it to their vehicle prior to entry into the stadium.
Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device will not be allowed into the stadium. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the batteries operational use in a permitted device to Security Personnel upon request. Certain electric or battery-operated apparel and signs are permitted for non-Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United events, unless specifically prohibited by event promoters. Please note, Mercedes-Benz Stadium Security Personnel will review all unique circumstances relating to apparel and signage on a case by case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.
There are several self-service bicycle storage/bike rack locations in the immediate area surrounding Mercedes-Benz Stadium that fans arriving via bicycle are encouraged to take advantage of on event day. Bike racks for fan use on a first-come, first-serve basis will be placed near the Binbox Locker locations outside of Gate 1 and Gate 2: Gate 1: Northside Drive sidewalk, near The Home Depot BackyardGate 2: Located just outside of Gate 2 at the top of The Home Depot Backyard Escalator

The following items are not permitted inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, regardless if they contain liquid or not:

  • Cans/Cups
  • Coffee Cups
  • Glass
  • Soda/ Sports Drink Bottles
  • Thermos/ Tumbler
  • Other varieties of beverage containers


Each fan will be permitted to bring one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. Oz.) bottle of water into the stadium if desired (no soda, flavored water or sports drinks permitted).

Parents accompanying children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk inside of the stadium, however these bottles must be carried in a clear bag meeting the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy guidelines and are subject to search upon entry.
Non-Event Day:The Box Office is closed on non-event days.  To purchase tickets in advance of event day, go to the specific event page on www.mercedesbenzstadium.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Purchasing tickets via any other online site could result in delayed entry to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The same Ticketmaster fees apply to all tickets purchased for events at the stadium, both purchased in person at the Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com.Event Day:The Box office is open on event day for ticket resolution only. Box Office hours will vary by event. Please refer to your events email communications prior to event day for specific details. You may purchase tickets on event day online at www.ticketmaster.com. For sold out events, safe and secure fan-to-fan resale of tickets is available online at www.ticketmaster.com. The Box Office is located near Gate 1 off Northside Drive. To search for ticket availability for stadium events in advance of event day, please visit www.mercedesbenzstadium.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Children’s Ticket Policy: For Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United events, children less than 33 inches tall can enter Mercedes-Benz Stadium for free as long as they sit in a guardian’s lap. For other events, the policy may vary, and tickets will be required for all fans.

Please note that buses and oversized vehicles that do not fit in a single parking space (such as large vans) are not permitted to park in The Home Depot Backyard on event day.

Permitted:

Handheld digital or film cameras, including Go Pro cameras, with a lens less than 6” in length (detachable or non-detachable) are permitted into Mercedes-Benz Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event. Please note, camera cases and bags that accompany personal cameras must meet the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy, otherwise they will be denied entry. 

Not permitted: 

Tripods, monopods, "selfie sticks" and cameras with a lens longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) will not be permitted into stadium. Additionally, camera cases and bags that do not meet the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy guidelines and specifications will not be permitted.

Please note that while digital cameras and related pictures are welcome and permitted (unless otherwise indicated within the stadium), video cameras and video recording of events in any manner, or through the use of any device, is strictly prohibited.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium accepts card and mobile payment ONLY. All mobile vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail locations require the use of card or mobile payment. The stadium is equipped with several ReadySTATION kiosks to convert cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere VISA is accepted (inside or outside the stadium).The ReadySTATION kiosks are located and available for use on each of the main concourse levels inside the stadium.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium accepts card and mobile payment ONLY. All mobile vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail locations require the use of card or mobile payment. The stadium is equipped with several ReadySTATION kiosks to convert cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere VISA is accepted (inside or outside the stadium).The ReadySTATION kiosks are located and available for use on each of the main concourse levels inside the stadium.
Individual cell phone chargers, including the charging block/cord and external rechargeable battery pack varieties, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device’s operational use to security personnel upon request.
Children’s Ticket Policy: For Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United events, children less than 33 inches tall can enter Mercedes-Benz Stadium for free as long as they sit in a guardian’s lap. For other events, the policy may vary, and tickets will be required for all fans.

The Tag-A-Kid program allows guests with young children to obtain a bracelet displaying parent and child information, as well as seating location. Visit one of our Guest Service Centers for more information: Have the parent or guardian complete the Wristband with the child’s name and parent information, and seating location. Place the wristband on the child in a manner that it will not slip off.

Car Seats: Car seats are permitted inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but are not permitted in stadium seating areas. Car seats must be checked at the Guest Service location at Section 116.

Strollers: Strollers are permitted inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but are not permitted in stadium seating areas. Strollers must be checked at the Guest Service location at Section 116.
There are 7 clubs located within Mercedes Benz Stadium:

Field Level: Mercedes-Benz Club – 108C-112C, AMG Lounge – 110C, Delta Sky 360 Club – 126C-130C, Truist Club– 128C 
  • It is recommended that guests with access to the Mercedes-Benz Club and AMG Lounge enter the stadium at Gate 2. Access to these spaces will be at section 108C and section 112C from the 100 concourse level.
  • To promote social distancing, the Delta Sky 360 Club patio and Mercedes-Benz Club patio are temporarily unavailable. Fans are encouraged to enjoy the event from their ticketed seat.


Concourse 100 and Suite 1 Level: The Mercedes-Benz Gullwing Club – Gullwing Club Suites GC10-GC30

Concourse 200: Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Club – Sec 210C – 212C, Harrah’s Cherokee Club – Sec 236C – 238C

Club Seat Holders have access to the specific Clubs they are ticketed for only and all other general areas of the stadium. They do not have access to the other stadium Clubs or Suite areas unless they are ticketed for them. For additional information on Club Seating, call (470) 341-4555.
Laptop computers are not permitted inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Tablets (e.g. iPads) are permitted if they are smaller than 12”x12”x6” in size and can be powered on during the security screening if requested.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium accepts several forms of mobile and contactless payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Use your preferred method of contactless payment at food and beverage and retail locations throughout the stadium.

Devices that are deemed suspicious by Stadium Security, in its sole discretion, are prohibited. Loose batteries without a specific device to operate are also prohibited. Devices requiring the use of batteries that Stadium Security does not, in its sole discretion, deem suspicious or are not otherwise prohibited by security personnel and stadium policy, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device’s operational use upon request.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, in the sports and entertainment district. There are more than 20,000 parking spots available within a 20-minute walk of the stadium.We highly recommend that you start by purchasing your parking in advance to secure your spot and reduce hassles on the way to the stadium: http://parking.mercedesbenzstadium.com/

Once you’ve purchased your parking, download or open the Waze app and input the address provided for your purchased parking location to get the most efficient route to your destination. Waze is the recommended GPS program with updated event day traffic plans and street closures, providing you with accurate directions and real-time traffic alerts. Therefore, we recommend you do not use Google Maps, Apple Maps, or any other mapping software.

Electric vehicle charging stations are in many of the Georgia World Congress Center parking garages located near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Red Deck, Gold Deck, and the Silver Lot are all equipped with a limited number of charging stations for our guests to utilize during events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Guests must pre-purchase a pass in order to access any of these parking decks & the use of charging stations are subject to applicable parking fees.

There are also many resources available to assist fans with finding available electric vehicle charging stations near Mercedes-Benz Stadium, such as PlugShare or Open Charge Map.
To promote social distancing, elevator capacity is limited to 4 people at a time (plus operator). Priority use of passenger elevators will be given to guests and Team Members with limited mobility. Escalators, stairs, and ramps should be used to navigate the stadium whenever possible. Some elevators are used to move the media and coaches and will be periodically taken out of service for this purpose. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the elevators, we ask our guests to follow the directions of the elevator operators, the elevator lobby attendants, and other stadium Team Members at all times.

Escalators, stairs, and ramps should be used to navigate the stadium whenever possible. Remember to maintain six feet (6’) of physical distance from other groups on escalators.

It is the goal of Mercedes-Benz Stadium to provide a safe and expeditious entry and exit from our stadium for all events. Pedestrian flow at gates and in popular areas of the concourse are monitored in real time and stadium personnel directed route adjustments may occur to provide the most expedient entry and exit from the stadium. This may result in select escalators being unavailable at the conclusion of an event. Please follow all directional guidance from stadium personnel to ensure the most enjoyable entry and exit experience.
Should you need immediate assistance, guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to the nearest Security Personnel or any stadium Team Member. Fans are also encouraged to report inappropriate behavior, including violations related to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, by text message. Using your mobile device, text the word “RESPECT” to the number 69050 followed by your specific stadium location and provide a brief description of your need for assistance. If you begin to feel ill while at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, please contact the Stadium Operations Center by calling (470) 341-5020 or text the word “RESPECT” to the number 69050 followed by your specific stadium location for assistance. You may also request assistance from the nearest Security Personnel or Mercedes-Benz Stadium Team Member. In the event of an emergency at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. NEW CONTACTLESS ENTRY AT GATE 2:

Your safety is our primary focus at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You may notice that at Gate 2, we've added new security screening technology that permits you to walk through security without removing items from your pockets or having your approved bag physically inspected. Mercedes-Benz Stadium is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all fans. All fans are expected to adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct while inside the stadium and on the surrounding property. The Fan Code of Conduct applies to all ticket holders at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, as well as the conduct of their guests.

The Fan Code of Conduct requires all fans over the age of two (2) years old to wear a face covering at all times (this includes security screening areas and while anywhere inside the stadium). There are few exceptions for not wearing a facial covering for a brief amount of time, such as for visual verification of identity by a stadium Team Member OR when actively in the process of eating or drinking.

Fans are permitted to eat and drink only when seated in their assigned ticketed seats. No eating or drinking will be permitted on the concourses or in common areas.

Additionally, all fans are expected to maintain a minimum of six feet (6’) of physical distance between themselves and others who are not members of their immediate event day ticket group.

Violations to the Fan Code of Conduct include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to comply with stadium policies, including policies requiring face coverings and requirements to maintain physical distancing. • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior. • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature. • Failing to follow instruction of law enforcement, security personnel and/or guest services. • Foul or abusive language, offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault. • Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans. • Unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests. • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field).

The use of any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, inside the stadium or within the immediate gate plazas, is prohibited. Additionally, once a fan exits the stadium, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Stadium personnel will promptly intervene when necessary to ensure the Fan Code of Conduct is enforced. Ticket holders or guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to revocation of parking privileges and/or season tickets, an inability to attend future stadium events, event ejection without refund, cited for trespass and possible arrest.

Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior, including violations related to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, to the nearest security personnel or Mercedes-Benz Stadium Team Member. To promote social distancing, the Delta Sky 360 Club field patio and Mercedes-Benz Club field patio are temporarily unavailable. Fans are encouraged to enjoy the event from their ticketed seat.

Food and beverage is not allowed to be brought into the stadium.

We ask that fans either leave any food or beverage items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are:

Inflated footballs, soccer balls, and other recreational balls are not permitted inside of the stadium.
Please be advised that sections within the seating bowl that are closest to the field have a higher risk of in play match or game balls entering the seating area. Match or game balls that enter the seating section during pre-game, warmup periods and regular game play must be returned to the field as instructed by Stadium Personnel.

If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Use the Pedestrian Bridge to cross over Northside Drive when arriving to or departing from the stadium on the westside. For the safety of all fans, the crosswalk at Northside Drive is closed during most major events and the use of the Pedestrian Bridge is required to cross Northside Drive.

Located near Gate 1, use the Pedestrian Bridge to access the Vine City MARTA Station and parking lots on the westside of the stadium.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has partnered with Lyft to provide a rideshare drop-off and pick-up location near the stadium. The Lyft zone is located on Northside Drive, in front of Georgia World Congress Center - Building C.  Fans exiting Gate 1 are encouraged to follow the wayfinding signs along the Northside Drive sidewalk towards Georgia World Congress Center - Building C. Fans exiting Gates 2, 3, and 4 are encouraged to take the escalator closest to The Home Depot Backyard down to the Gate 1 plaza and follow the wayfinding signs along the Northside Drive sidewalk towards Georgia World Congress Center - Building C. Other forms of rideshare, such as limousines and buses, are also permitted to use this area as designated pick-up and drop-off as well.

  • Tailgating is only permitted with your immediate event day seating group

  • The use of space between physically distanced vehicles is not permitted

Additional Tailgating Guidelines:

  • Vehicles may take up only one parking space, and tailgating equipment may not extend beyond the parking space, or impede vehicles driving through the lot

  • Adjacent landscaped areas are common areas and may not be claimed exclusively
  • Dispose of trash in appropriate receptacles

Rideshare:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has partnered with Lyft to provide a rideshare drop-off and pick-up location near the stadium.

The Lyft zone is located on Northside Drive, in front of Georgia World Congress Center- Building C.

Fans exiting Gate 1 are encouraged to follow the wayfinding signs along the Northside Drive sidewalk towards Georgia World Congress Center - Building C.

Fans exiting Gates 2, 3, and 4 are encouraged to take the escalator near The Home Depot Backyard down to the Gate 1 plaza and follow the wayfinding signs along the Northside Drive sidewalk towards Georgia World Congress Center - Building C.

Other forms of rideshare, such as limousines and buses, are permitted to use this area as designated pick-up and drop-off as well.

MARTA:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s location in the heart of downtown Atlanta, provides convenient public transportation options to get to and from the stadium.

MARTA, a city-wide rail and bus system, provides two stops at the doorstep of the stadium (GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station and Vine City).

Near Gate 1 - Take the Pedestrian Bridge over Northside Drive to access the Vine City Station.

Near Gates 2, 3, or 4 - Access the GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station near State Farm Arena.

Please note that the preferred station for arrival and departure is the GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station. This station will drop you off at Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s front door.

Access to areas of Mercedes – Benz Stadium identified as a restricted area by signage, video or audio message, barriers and fences, or by the presence of security personnel shall be denied to unauthorized guests. Unauthorized persons entering these areas shall be warned and asked to leave the area. Failure to comply shall subject the person to ejection and possible arrest.

Large Umbrellas are prohibited. An umbrella must be under 33 inches to be allowed in the building and must remain closed inside the building.
Unauthorized transmission of accounts or descriptions of the game, including play-by-play data, is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to ejection from the stadium.NFL and promoter policies prohibit the recording of any live event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Any guest found to be recording any part of an event may be subject to ejection or arrest.

Meatless Grill (107) is a great choice for fans seeking vegetarian and/or vegan options. Other options such as salads, vegan hot dogs, vegan sausage, cheese pizza, and more are available at concession stands throughout the stadium. Vegan hot dogs are available at all ATL Fan Fare locations (105, 113, 205, as well as H&F Burger/Hop's Chicken (Delta Sky360 Club and Mercedes-Benz Club).

To minimize the use of shared surfaces and equipment, the water fountains inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium have temporarily been turned off.Each fan is permitted to bring one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. Oz.) bottle of water into the stadium if desired (no soda, flavored water or sports drinks).
Guests are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium including off-duty law enforcement officials attending the event.
Complimentary wheelchair services can be requested during any major event by visiting the closest Guest Service location. Guest Service desks are located at Gates 1 & 2 and near Section 116.
