Richard Sullivan

Louisville, Kentucky, native Richard Sullivan (B.F.A., illustration, 2014) is an artist and former professional baseball player for the Atlanta Braves. A SCAD alumnus, Sullivan played on the university’s baseball team and was drafted by the Braves in the 11th round in 2008. He played six years in the minor leagues before returning to finish his degree in 2014. Sullivan’s artwork is included in the permanent collection of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Cooperstown, New York, and the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center, Little Falls, New Jersey, and his work has been exhibited at the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and the Kentucky Derby Museum. His clients include The Washington Post, the Washington Nationals, Coca-Cola Co. and the Atlanta Braves, and his art has been featured on milb.com, Fox Sports and Fox Sports South.
