Daniel Arsham combines structural experimentation, historical inquiry and satirical wit through architecture, performance and film. His artwork has been featured in solo exhibitions at the SCAD Museum of Art, Savannah, Georgia; the High Art Museum, Atlanta, Georgia; and Storefront for Art and Architecture, New York City, among others. Select group exhibitions and biennials include the Yichuan Biennial of Contemporary Art, Ningxia, China; the Musée d’art moderne, Saint Étienne, France; and the Athens Biennial 2009, Greece. Arsham’s work is also part of several international public and private collections, such as the Blanton Museum of Art at The University of Texas, Austin; the Centre Pompidou and Dior Collection, Paris, France; and the Four Seasons, Miami, Florida. Arsham attended the Cooper Union in New York City where he received the Gelman Trust fellowship in 2003.
