DL Warfield, founder of the creative service agency Goldfinger C.S., previously worked as the creative director for Atlanta, Georgia-based record label LaFace Records, where he partnered with the industry’s most notable artists, including OutKast, Pink, TLC and Usher. Beginning his career in the early 1990s as an intern for Edison Brothers Stores, Inc., the St. Louis, Missouri, native soon became a product developer and designer for the fashion retail corporation, creating logos and clothing designs for their Oaktree, Shifty’s and Factory brand divisions. In 1994, Warfield started working as the lead designer at Tommy Boy Entertainment, which eventually led to his position at LaFace Records the following year. Warfield earned a B.A. in painting from the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
