Introducing Order ‘N Go at Mercedes-Benz Stadium! You are now able to place a mobile order at select locations throughout the stadium and earn Stadium Rewards for discounts on food and beverage items, all within the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium apps.

  • How do I get started?

    There are two ways to  get started with your mobile order — through the app or the web browser on your phone. For a more personalized experience, you can download the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium mobile app from the App Store (Apple devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices) by visiting our app page here. For the web, go to mercedesbenzstadium.ordernext.com to begin your mobile order. 

  • How do I place an order?

    In the App:

    1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
    2. Tap “Order Food and Beverage”.
    3. Tap “Place Mobile Order Now”.
    4. Scroll through the available locations and tap on the vendor you wish to order from.
    5. Tap on an item that you want to order, choose the quantity, and tap “Add to Cart”. Do this with each item you wish to order.
    6. Once you are satisfied with your selections, tap “View Cart”.
    7. In your cart, you will see all of the items you have added and their prices. Review your cart and add/remove items if needed.
    8. Tap the “Email My Receipt” field and enter your email where you wish to receive a receipt for your order. This will help you refer to your order in the future if needed.
    9. If you have an account and would like to use any available Stadium Rewards, toggle on “Stadium Rewards”.
    10. Tap “Proceed to Payment” and choose your preferred method of payment such as a saved debit card on your account or Apple Pay.
    11. “Order Processing” will appear on the screen temporarily and then “Order Received” and a QR Code will appear once your order is successfully placed. Please proceed to the stand to present and scan your QR Code for pick-up.

     

    On the web:

    1. Scroll through the available locations and tap on the vendor you wish to order from.
    2. Tap on an item that you want to order, choose the quantity, and tap “Add to Cart”. Do this with each item you wish to order.
    3. Once you are satisfied with your selections, tap “View Cart”.
    4. In your cart, you will see all of the items you have added and their prices. Review your cart and add/remove items if needed.
    5. Enter your payment information into the corresponding fields.
    6. Click “Place Order”.
    7. Order Processing” will appear on the screen temporarily and then “Order Received” and a QR Code will appear once your order is successfully placed. Please proceed to the stand to present and scan your QR Code for pick-up.

  • Where do I see my previous orders?

    At this time, you are only able to access previous orders if the order was placed through the app. In the app:

    1. Make sure you are signed into your account (see question 1 for details on how to sign in).
    2. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
    3. Tap “Order Food and Beverage”.
    4. Tap “My Mobile Order History” to view current and previously placed orders.

  • How do I request a refund?

    Any order that is not picked up by the end of an event will be canceled automatically and a refund will be issued. If you have further concerns, contact the Food and Beverage office at 470-341-5511.
