Mercedes-Benz Stadium and all of its event spaces are ADA accessible.

Please reach out to your sales manager for a custom quote. Some additional fees to consider include outside of food and beverage are – parking, LED board rentals, event enhancements, turf protectant, furniture removal, a/v equipment and power needs.

We offer in-house audio / visual equipment and services. For your bigger production needs we have best-in-class production vendors that we are happy to recommend or source.

We ask for a 30-day booking window from your event date. However, if you are within the booking window, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Once you are in contact with one of our private event sales managers, they will introduce you to our catering sales manager. To start a conversation with a private event sales manager, please fill out our event inquiry form.

You bet. The whole enchilada is climate controlled.

All events require a signed event space agreement and 50% deposit to secure your date and event space.

All drones flown inside the stadium must go through a 3^rd party approval process, carry a special drone insurance, and abide by all drone policies. If this is something you are interested in doing, please talk to your Private Events team early in the planning process.

We can include event enhancements such as:

• Custom graphics on our Production Boards- Halo board, Mega column, Feather wall and Ribbon Boards
• The 12-piece Atlanta Falcons Drumline  
• Private Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United Locker Room tours  
• Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders and Freddie the Falcon mascot photo opportunities  
• Custom merchandise (jerseys and nameplates to name a few)
• Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United player appearances
• Even kick a field goal or catch a punt on the playing field!

While the majority of our private events customized rentals. Our standard facility rental includes your event space for a 4-hour load-in + a 4-hour event + 2-hour load-out, event space housekeeping, entry and event space security, and our wayfinding guest services team for the duration of your event. Additionally, you have access to your event spaces existing furniture and/or our in-house table, chair, and linen inventory.

All our event spaces have a facility fee and an ancillary minimum spend. As long as those are met, no other minimums apply.

Yes, and we suggest using them!!! They can be rented individually or packaged together.

Mercedes Benz Stadium does not have any hotels on the property. Please visit our friends at T&L for local hotel deals.

All events hosted at Mercedes Benz Stadium require insurance. If you do not meet the insurance requirements or need insurance all together, your Private Events team can assist with securing a Tulip Policy.

You can book an event during the NFL or MLS season. We book private events year-round on non-major event days.

If you have a planner, we can coordinate with their team, and act as their facility liaison. If not, we have your back! Ask your sales manager about our different event planning services.

Mercedes Benz Stadium can receive packages for private events. Delivery windows and quantities must be approved and coordinated with your private events sales team.

Levy is Mercedes Benz Stadium’s exclusive catering provider, and we have an amazing dedicated Private Events Catering Sales Manager to assist you from start to finish. For all other vendors we have a preferred list of Atlanta’s Best that we are happy to recommend, but that said you are welcome to bring your own vendors as long as they meet our insurance requirements.
