Mercedes-Benz Stadium takes pride in providing service to all guests including those requiring accommodations.

Accessible Directions and Parking:

• Mercedes-Benz Stadium offers ADA parking on a single game basis. There will also be a shuttle service from these parking lots to the stadium. The following parking lots accommodate ADA parking: Blue Lot, Yellow Lot

• ADA Drop-off: The ADA drop-off location is on Carter Street, just off Northside Dr. NW (please do not stop on Northside).

Assistive Listening Devices:

• Mercedes-Benz Stadium has been equipped with an assistive listening system. The service provides real-time captions and assistive listening for all public-address announcements. The handheld device is available for check out at Guest Service Centers located at Section 116 and Section 244. Arrangements to use a handheld device can be made in advance by contacting the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Guest Service Hotline at 470-341-5227.

•Devices are available on a first come first serve basis.

Tickets:

• Mercedes-Benz Stadium offers accessible seating as well as companion seating. Accessible seating can be coordinated through Ticketmaster or Ticketmaster-charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000. Wheelchair & Companion Seating:

• Mercedes-Benz Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sightlines on all levels. For event day assistance with seating relocations, contact an event staff member or visit the nearest Guest Service Center located at Section 116 or Section 244.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below:

• All guests purchasing alcohol, who appear to be younger than 30 years old, must present a valid ID.

• No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired.

•There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit, per transaction, at concession stands, portable concessions and by roving vendors.

• Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will generally terminate at the end of the third quarter (football games) or the 75th minute (soccer games).

• Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion

• Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.

• Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.

• We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

• Glass beverage containers may not be removed from Club/Suite areas.

• Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guests being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked.

• All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting stadium property.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium welcomes certified, leashed service animals in accordance to the ADA title II and III Law. If you need assistance in advance of an event, please contact our Guest Services Hotline at 470-341-5227.
• Dedicated apps are available for Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Download the apps for iOS or Android to find all relevant stadium information, explore the stadium, order food & beverage, receive alerts and notifications and much more.

• Just visit your app store and search for the app you prefer.

If your vehicle becomes disabled while parked in a nearby parking lot, Mercedes-Benz Stadium security will assist you in contacting help. Please call 24/7 security at 470-341-5010 and give your name, location, and make of your vehicle so that the proper help can be dispatched.  Mercedes-Benz Stadium is not responsible for any fees or charges that may occur in assisting you with your vehicle.

Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5 x 6.5, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options. • Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Guests with non-complying bags can valet their bag for a fee at one of the bag valet locations outside of the following gates:

• Guests are encouraged to show their support and may bring handheld signs, banners, & flags to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, provided they are event related and in good taste as determined by stadium security.

• Signs cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature.

• Signs may not be affixed or hung anywhere within Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

• Signs may not be displayed in a manner that obstructs the views of other fans nor stadium scoreboards/advertising signage.

• The signs must be made of a paper or lightweight cloth-like material.

• Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials for support.

• Maximum dimensions of a sign are three feet by five feet (3’ X 5’).

• For Atlanta United Matches, any flags must be approved through supporter group heads.

• Signage not permitted within the stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the guest wishes to return it to their vehicle.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium is adjacent to a bicycle network via the Westside PATH, an off-road trail for pedestrians and cyclists connecting the stadium to Centennial Park, Georgia Tech, and the Westside Atlanta Beltline. Once at the stadium, cyclists can park at one of the 250 bike racks located around the stadium or at our bike valet that will be available for most major event days. Guests will not be allowed to bring any type of bottle, can, thermos or beverage container inside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. However, fans will be allowed to bring one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. Oz.) bottle of water (no soda, flavored water or sports drinks.) Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the stadium. We encourage you to contact the Guest Service Hotline for a special accommodation letter if you need to bring in items for medical or dietary restrictions.
• To reserve your bus parking, visit http://parking.mercedesbenzstadium.com/. Bus Parking MUST be reserved in advance. Bus Parking is on first come, first served and may not be available due to special events.

Guests may bring hand-held still-photo or video cameras to capture the special moments from their visit to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Feel free to ask any stadium staff member to snap a picture of your group. The following items are not permitted inside the stadium:

• Mono/tripods

• Professional cameras with zoom lenses greater than 200mm or larger than eight inches in length

• Selfie Sticks
• Children’s Ticket Policy: Children less than 31 inches tall can enter the Mercedes Benz Stadium for free as long as they sit in a parent’s lap.

• The Tag-A-Kid program allows guests with young children to obtain a bracelet displaying parent and child information, as well as seating location. Visit one of our Guest Service Centers for more information: Have the parent or guardian complete the Wristband with the child’s name and parent information, and seating location. Place the wristband on the child in a manner that it will not slip off.

• Diaper bags: Diaper bags accompanying a child are permitted, but are subject to search and will be tagged. Permitted size - No larger than 6.5X4.5

• Strollers: Strollers are welcome at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but must be checked at one of our Guest Service Center locations at Gate 1 entrance or at Section 116.

Club Seat Holders have access to the Clubs they are ticketed for and all general areas of the stadium. They do not have access to the other stadium Clubs or Suite areas unless they are ticketed for them. For additional information on Club Seating, call 470-341-4555.
The Guest Code of Conduct indicates the guidelines that all guests entering Mercedes – Benz Stadium must adhere to. Violations of the code of conduct include:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.

• Failure to follow the instructions of stadium personnel.

• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.

• Interference with the progress of the event. (including throwing objects).

• Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to drug or alcohol consumption.

• Sitting in a location other than your ticketed seat.

• Use of tobacco products of any form, including E-cigarettes, if not in one of our designated smoking areas.

• Verbal or physical harassment of any kind including fighting, taunting or threatening gestures.
Tablets (e.g. iPads) are permitted if they can be powered on during the security screening if requested. Laptop computers are not permitted.

As part of our commitment to public safety, Mercedes-Benz Stadium has partnered with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). The MADD Designated Driver Program provides one complimentary refillable soft drink to those who pledge to be designated drivers on event day. Guests can register for this program by visiting one of the Designated Driver kiosks located at Gate 1 or Gate 2.
• Mercedes-Benz Stadium is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, in the sports and entertainment district. There are more than 20,000 parking spots available within a 20-minute walk of the stadium.

•We highly recommend that you start by purchasing your parking in advance to guarantee your spot, receive the lowest price, and reduce hassles on the way to the stadium.

• Once you’ve purchased your parking space, download or open Waze to get the most efficient route to your parking lot. Waze is the only GPS program with event day traffic plans and street closures incorporated, providing you with accurate directions and real-time traffic alerts. Please do not use Google Maps, Apple Maps, or any other mapping software.

Electric vehicle charging stations are in many of the Georgia World Congress Center parking garages located near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Red Deck, Gold Deck, and the Silver Lot are all equipped with a limited number of charging stations for our guests to utilize during events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Guests must pre-purchase a pass in order to access any of these parking decks & the use of charging stations are subject to applicable parking fees.

Passenger elevators are priority for guests with disabilities and/or mobility challenges. Some elevators are used to move the media and coaches and will periodically be taken out of service for this purpose. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the elevators, we ask our guests to follow the directions of the elevator/escalator operators and the elevator lobby attendants at all times.

• In the event of an emergency at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Pertinent information regarding the emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public-address system and on the Stadium televisions and scoreboards.

We strive for excellence at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and encourage feedback from our guests. We welcome you to register all your compliments and complaints at the nearest Guest Service Center, with one of our team members, or by engaging with our concierge within the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium apps.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has 38 Automatic Emergency Defibrillators installed at every main elevator lobby. Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) equipped with Automatic Emergency Defibrillators (AEDs) are staffed for large public events.

Guests that require medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member. Guests needing assistance may also call the Guest Service Hotline 470-341-5673 or use our Guest Text Messaging Service by texting “Respect” to 69050.
• Catering and food and beverage services are provided by Levy Restaurants. All concession stands and portable outlets accept credit cards.

• We ask that fans either leave any food or beverage items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are:
• Fans will be allowed to bring one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. Oz.) bottle of water (no soda, flavored water or sports drinks).

•Parent with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the stadium, with special accommodation letter.

• Footballs and soccer balls that enter the seating during pre-game, warmup periods and regular game play must be returned to the field.

• Gates will generally open two hours prior to the event starting. This is subject to change depending on the type of event being hosted.
• There are six Guest Service Centers located at Sections 116, 201, 244, 301 and as both Gate 1 and Gate 2 entrances. Guest Service Centers assist guests with lost and found, lost children, complaints, comments and suggestions, stadium directions, first-game certificates and general information.
• Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard or Mercedes-Benz Stadium employee. Fans wishing to report inappropriate or suspicious behavior may also do so by text message on your mobile device. Text the word "Respect" to 69050.

All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize walk-through magnetometers and handheld metal detectors to screen all guests at security checkpoints. Prior to the screening, guests will be asked to remove all metal from their pockets and person and hold the items in their hands for security staff to inspect. If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down along with a bag search will be denied entry.
We keep you connected at Mercedes Benz Stadium by providing Free Wi-Fi throughout the stadium. With over 1800 Access Points, fans will enjoy the ultimate user experience from general web surfing, checking out player statistics, or even visiting your favorite social media account.

To Access the MBS Wireless Network:

1. Enable the wireless network adapter on your computer

2. Select the "attwifi" WIFI network

3. Launch your browser to access the internet

Hardware Requirements for Users:

The "Mercedes Benz Media" network will comminucate with any device that has an 802.11 a/g/n/ac wireless card. The wireless card must be set to "Enable" in the Network Connection Settings of the device. The wireless card must be set to 'Obtain an IP Address and Obtain a DNS server address automatically.

Please Note: The SSID of the Mercedes-Benz's wireless network is "attwifi". Other SSIDs may appear on user's equipment, but are not affiliated with "Mercedes Benz Media".

Guests looking to claim or report lost items should do so at the nearest Guest Service Center located at Sections 116, 201, 244, 301 and at both Gate 1 and Gate 2. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should call the Guest Services Hotline at 470-341-5678 for information or notify us via email at LostandFound@mercedesbenzstadium.com. Items lost at prior events are held in a locked storage area for 30 days and are then disposed of or donated to a charitable organization. Mercedes-Benz Stadium cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
A lost person claim should be brought to the Main Guest Service Center by Section 116. Every effort will be made by our associates to comfort the missing person and unite them with their missing party.

All credentialed members of the media will enter the building at the Media Entrance, located at Gate 1 off Northside Drive.
Public Representations and Use of Social Media

• Except as specifically authorized by Senior Management, all confidential or privileged information relating to, directly or indirectly, The Blank Family of Businesses must not be communicated in any form. Any representations on behalf of the company through electronic communication mediums (including but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, other social media / networking sites, email and voice mail) must first be approved by the associate’s supervisor and be conducted in the same professional manner as other business dealings on behalf of The Blank Family of Businesses.

• Associates using electronic communication mediums in a personal capacity should not publish or communicate any confidential information or trade secrets as defined by The Blank Family of Businesses Confidentiality Agreement; present themselves as a representative of The Blank Family of Businesses; use any trademark or logo of any of the businesses; or attack The Blank Family of Businesses or any associate of The Blank Family of Businesses.

All Falcons games and United matches held at Mercedes-Benz stadium allow for tickets to be rendered on smart phones using the team apps, stadium app, or Ticketmaster webpage. For the best experience, we recommend using the team or stadium apps.

Musical instruments or any types of noise making devices are not permitted inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles.
The Mother’s Nursing Lounge is available for your privacy and convenience at Section 116 and Section 219.

• Directly through the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium apps or via parking.mercedesbenzstadium.com, fans can purchase parking through an integrated partnership with Atlanta-based Park Mobile, the country’s leading parking commerce site. Park Mobile will have over 13,000 parking spaces available for purchase. By securing parking prior to the event, fans will guarantee themselves a spot and usually pay a lower price than on game day.

• For directional assistance on gameday, please be sure to download and use Waze for turn by turn directions. Only Waze is recommended (do not use other GPS tools such as Google or Apple maps). Type in the lot name into Waze, select the lot, then select “Go” to be navigated to the lot. Alternatively, all parking passes will have a direct link to your lot which you may select.

• During non-event days, please access the Silver Deck.
Guests are reminded that attempting to enter or access the playing field without the proper credentials will be considered trespassing and is grounds for immediate ejection and arrest.

To ensure all guests can enjoy the event, personal radios/smart phones must be used with headphones inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. To ensure a strong radio signal, the Falcons/ United English and Spanish broadcasts are retransmitted throughout the stadium.
In accordance with Mercedes-Benz Stadium security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium strives to achieve zero waste, and we need your help.  Please place all plastic and aluminum bottles and cans in the recycling container labeled “Bottles and Cans”. We also recycle paper, cardboard, scrap metal, and compost food waste throughout our operations. Recycling lessens our impact on the environment and saves resources.

Thanks to Novelis, we are using the value of recycled aluminum bottles and cans to help fund a Habitat for Humanity house for a deserving family on the Westside.  Every year, over $70 million of aluminum ends up in Georgia landfills.  Let’s make sure we all do our part to make Georgia a great place to live, work, and play now and for future generations.

Restrooms are located throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium. All restrooms are ADA accessible and equipped with a baby-changing table. Please ask any staff member for directions to the closest restroom.

The position of the roof at Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be determined on event day. Many factors will be included in the final decision, however the comfort of all guests in attendance is our main concern.

The unlawful resale of any event ticket on Mercedes-Benz Stadium grounds, and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.
• Smoking is PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS OF THE STADIUM (this includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers).

• Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All Season Ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on stadium grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.

• Tailgating before events is allowed in all flat parking lots, and is specifically prohibited in the campus multi-level garages. When purchasing lots from parking.mercedesbenzstadium.com, look for the tailgating icon.

• Vehicles may take up only one parking space, and tailgating equipment may not extend beyond the parking space, or impede vehicles driving through the lot.

• Grills, chairs, coolers and other equipment may not take up a parking space. Tailgating is confined to the area directly behind the vehicle.

• Adjacent landscaped areas are common areas and may not be claimed exclusively.

• Dispose of trash in appropriate receptacles. Dispose of coals in coal containers provided in the lots.
All ticket sales for Falcons games and United matches and other Mercedes-Benz Stadium events can be bought through ticketmaster.com.
Resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, or Ticketmaster do so at their own risk as those tickets may be counterfeit. Mercedes-Benz Stadium associates are not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.

• Public tours: 25 guests per tour

• Group tours: TBD based on group (Ideal size is 15-20 per tour guide)

• Taxi Stands - The most reliable places to direct guests are Upper Andrew Young International Boulevard, around Philips Arena, GWCC main entrance or the Omni Hotel. Direct guests to exit Gate 2, 3 or 4 and walk across International Plaza to the taxi stands.
Access to areas of Mercedes – Benz Stadium identified as a restricted area by signage, video or audio message, barriers and fences, or by the presence of security personnel shall be denied to unauthorized guests. Unauthorized persons entering these areas shall be warned and asked to leave the area. Failure to comply shall subject the person to ejection and possible arrest.

NFL and promoter policies prohibit the recording of any live event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Any guest found to be recording any part of an event may be subject to ejection or arrest.

Guests are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium including off-duty law enforcement officials attending the event.
