Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s Westside Ambassadors (WSA) Program is a junior leadership and professional development program for high school-aged students and young adults.
Participants will develop confidence, enhance employability, and learn various skills that enhance a foundation for success in the workplace and in school.
*Available in February/March and August/September of each year
To develop and inspire impactful, inclusive, and innovative leaders within the community through training, on-the-job experiences, developmental opportunities, and mentorship.
To engage and empower local high school-aged students and young adults by providing the training experiences, resources, and tools they need to become leaders and change agents throughout their classrooms, schools, communities, and careers.
